Production methodprocess:Fluorene in high temperature tar contains about 1.0-2.0%. The fluorene fraction at 290-310℃ was cut from the oil washing fraction, and a distillation column equivalent to 115 theoretical trays was used for precise fractionation. The reflux ratio was 15:1, and the narrow fraction at 292-302℃ was cut. By cooling, Chemicalbook crystallization, centrifugal separation, get crude fluorene, and then with 1:25 benzene or xylene recrystallization, get industrial fluorene. The industrial fluorene was dissolved in benzene, washed with 40% sulfuric acid, then neutralized with water, dissolubized, the fluorene was redistilled, and the distillate was recrystallized with gasoline and ethanol to obtain pure fluorene with a purity of 95%.
